Low-Cost Speuter (Spay/Neuter) Program

Fox Valley Pet Services hosts a monthly shuttle service to the Spay Me! clinic in Sun Prairie, WI.

We have spayed and neutered over 500 dogs and cats from the Fox Valley area since March 2010!!

Our shuttle leaves from Appleton and is always scheduled for a Wednesday and Thursday evening. Drop-off will be Wednesday around 8:00pm, surgery will take place Thursday morning, and pick-up will be Thursday around 8:00pm. Directions to the drop-off location will be sent once your payment is received. See bottom of page for more transport locations.

Making an Appointment

Appointments can be reserved via e-mail or US mail only - appointments cannot be reserved over the phone.

To make an appointment for your pet(s):

  1. Send an e-mail to info@foxvalleypetservices.com with the information in the blue box below AND the surgery date you would like.
  2. Submit your payment online (below) or print and fill out the mail-in form to send with a check or money order. Payment is required to reserve your appointment.
  3. Usually within 24 hours of receiving your payment, I will email your appointment confirmation with details for the drop off and pick up.

E-mail is the quickest and easiest way to make appointments and ask questions--due to the high-volume of questions and appointments, phone calls will not be returned as quickly. Please be patient, as a Spay Me Volunteer, I do my best to get back to everyone as soon as I can.

Payments made online for cats on the June transports will receive refunds for the Feline Frenzy promotion. You are also welcome to request an e-Invoice with the promotional prices.

APPOINTMENTS ARE GRANTED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS. We can only transport as many animals as we can fit on the van, so I recommend reserving your appointment at least 2 weeks prior to the surgery date. You may pay below, but you MUST contact me to schedule the date! Paying will reserve an appointment, but will not guarantee a specific date.
** Refunds (less a $2.00 processing fee) will NOT be given to pet owners who miss their appointments or cancel after the deadline! **
